Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and 敛散点（重庆）营销策划有限公司, the operator of LOOKMY. By creating an account or using LOOKMY, you agree to them.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18. Give accurate account information, keep your password private and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
Your content
You keep ownership of the learning methods and discoveries you write. You give us only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display that content to you and to operate and secure LOOKMY. We do not make your private content public without your direction.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful material, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use automated means that create unreasonable load. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.
Learning information and AI
LOOKMY helps you record and refine a method; it is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Any future AI feature may organize or suggest wording, but can be wrong. You remain responsible for checking results before relying on them.
Paid products
The personal core of LOOKMY remains free as described on the product page. When paid digital products become available, the checkout will show the exact product, price, taxes and whether a charge renews. Our planned Method Builder Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Paddle acts as merchant of record for enabled purchases. The Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep LOOKMY reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, LOOKMY is provided without implied promises beyond those stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and ending use
You may stop using LOOKMY and delete an eligible account from Account & security, or request reviewed deletion, at any time. We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons and will give appropriate notice for material changes. The laws that apply to the operator govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
