Refund Policy

What you are buying

The planned Method Builder Pass is a US$29 one-time digital purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The checkout will show the final price, taxes, included software access and any limited AI allowance before you pay.

When we refund

We will provide a refund or correction where:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• the purchased digital product was not delivered and we cannot restore access;
• a serious technical fault prevents the product from working as described and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time; or
• applicable consumer law requires a refund or cancellation right.

We do not promise a refund merely because you changed your mind after a digital product or limited usage entitlement was substantially delivered, except where applicable law gives you that right.

How to ask

Email support@lookmy.com from the address used for the purchase. Include the Paddle transaction reference and a short description of the problem, but never send card details. Paddle, as merchant of record, may process the refund and may ask for information needed to locate the transaction.

Timing and mandatory rights

We aim to answer requests within five business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank and card processing times vary. This policy does not limit any consumer right that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
